I didn't forget about this blog...

I've just been busy. I know...moms are busy...that is just the way it is, right??? RIGHT! I have so much on my plate with Jack away and the major move approaching. Honestly, I wasn't prepared. I wasn't prepared for my own emotions much less the way it would impact the kiddos. Geez...the one parent gig is HARD and I wasn't ready. I mean, I'm preparing myself for his remote to Saudi...that's gonna be for a year...I'm gettin' ready for that. I wasn't prepared for this short 2 month separation to take the wind out of my sails...but it did. I've been looking past this two months to the future separation...that was a mistake. So anyway, that is the end of my excuse making. We'll get to see Jack on the 13th and we will get to have a date night for Valentine's...yay!! I've said all this to say...sorry about the absence.
