If you're a first time visitor here, let me say that we are in the middle of a move back to my home state of Alabama (hence the y'all above). My blogging has been a little slack lately but hopefully once we're settled I'll be back on track. Come on in and take a look around. I hope your move will be as 'easy' as possible. I taught LOTS of military kids years ago and the hard part was always the leaving and pulling up roots, but the plus side is....you have friends everywhere! I still keep up w/ some folks I taught with over 20 years ago! I told you over on Beth's blog, I love your new name of the blog! It is new, isn't it? Good Luck Pauline(Beth's mom)
ReplyDeleteI'm visiting from Beth's blog and had to come say hi :) We're also an Air Force family, 3 months into a one-year deployment to Afghanistan. We moved from NM to MD at the end of last year to stay w/my mom while Joe is deployed. Just found out his follow on is Charleston SC. So you already know you'll be heading to Alaska? Are you excited? I didn't even know the military still went to Saudi, much less for a year! I thought that ended when they closed those bases down. Good luck with the move - hope it all goes smoothly!
